1) What is your turnaround time?

Standard turnaround time is about 3 weeks. I work hard to get orders out sooner, but please plan for the full 3 weeks. If you need your bow sooner for an event or photos, please send me a message and select the "Rush My Order" at checkout so your order can be bumped to the top of the line!

2) Can you match a specific outfit or theme? What about custom orders?

Yes, absolutely! I love doing custom made-to-match bows. Send me a photo in good lighting and I can match it. Just select the Custom listing that you prefer and leave me detailed notes or mention that you emailed or sent a specific photo please! 

3) Do you offer local pickup?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a local pick up at this time.  

4) What bow size do you recommend for my child?

This is a common question and a pretty tough one to answer since everyone kind of has difference preferences on sizing. Below is a list of the most popular sizes by age, but if you prefer bigger or smaller bows, I would size up or down accordingly or ask on of my admins, reps, or previous customers on the Facebook group! 

Newborn- 3" single stack, Micro Mini Double stack, Twisted Mini

0-6 months- Everything listed above PLUS 3"-4" double stack

6-12 month- Everything listed above PLUS 5" double stack, 4-5" triple

12+ months- Anything on the site would probably be a good fit! 

5) How do you ship?

All orders are shipped in a box to prevent damage/crushing unless you only ordered fabric headbands. Those may be mailed in a protected poly-mailer. All clothing is mailed in a poly mailer.
